I don’t have anything to do with street politics. I’m not a street nikka but even I know the Bloods in NY which eventually spread to Jersey was formed at Rikers because Hispanic gangs like the Latin Kings and Neta’s was violating brothers up there repeatedly so they grouped up to wash them.

I’m basing my experience off of growing up around mad hispanics in North Newark, NJ. Ask anybody on this board that’s from Newark or East Orange about North Newark and they’ll tell you what’s up.
