When the boyfriend immediately lawyers up when he gets home, it goes up to 99%. The 1% being he got mad and left her in the middle of nowhere which led to her getting killed.

Boyfriend comes home in van they travelled in without her after a cross country hiking trip......said van is in parents driveway, boyfriend lawyers up and is not cooperating.
This is an open and shut case. Wtf they think happened to her? She stayed in Yellowstone park with the bears? lol.....
They may not have a body or witnesses but if they find blood in the van or her DNA or they check her cell phone messages or pings to the nearest towers it's an easy case.
