:ohhh::ohhh:whats your channel?
You get paid off views, length of video (how many times ads show up), etc. I got paid like $100 off 2-3 Diablo 3 videos that did 40-60k views each pretty much. If you really interested in hearing how to level quick in Diablo 3 based off info in 2012 :dead: (i havnt made a youtube video since 2014 I think) ill PM you my channel but its nothing new or relevant on there now :heh:

True.

But look at this era,these cats LIVE for technology.

Especially the young generation.

That YouTube gaming shyt is one of the smoothest smartest and easiest things I've ever seen.

Cats like Fredo,Cashnasty,Smoove easily making 6 figures or close to it,just playing a game and uploading it to YouTube:deadmanny:

:salute:

they do a lot more than just play a game and upload it. The top people spend top $ for people editing it, or spend hours a day editing it themselves. Anyone - and I mean anyone, can play a game and upload it to youtube. They stand out and break away from the rest because their passion comes off as real, not a quick come up + they spend the time to edit the clips in a way the crowd can relate to + have a personality that people will tune in for each video or are extremely good at the video game they play.

nadeshot in his prime was making like $15-25k a month off youtube - that isnt making a lot ? :dwillhuh:

It is but not compared to what he's making now. YouTube and COD at the time he was coming up was still a niche thing. Now there's tons of completion.

I'd say more so prime in terms of being one of the biggest and upcoming youtuberd are opposed to now just being established, where as before what he was doing with YouTube he was one of the biggest at the time in the COD community on YouTube before it became oversaturated and every kid with streaming software and recording device and a decent PC started to make a career off YouTube.

Nadeshot is more in his prime now in terms of making money, subscribers etc. before he had just one channel if I remember correctly and now he has two one which has over 2 mil subscribers and the other one almost 900k

This. It's very time consuming as well and stressful for a lot of youtubers ESP because what viewers expect. They like consistent uploading and streaming or else viewed get mad. Not to mention not anyone can just become a YouTube star. Marketing your personality and selling yourself is a skill. Being able to build a fanbase and viewership off your personality and connecting in a personal way is not something everyone can and is willing do. Not everyone is willing to make themselves vulnerable to the world

Oh, I know. Im not hating in the least but people tend to view playing video games and being a bigyoutuber as just an easy stressfree come up when it's really not. It's really time consuming, a full time job just as much as going to a 9-5. It's not just you play a few games and upload the shyt. These Youtubers will play for 10+ hours to find good enough gameplay to WOW their viewers + editing and trying to figure out what you want to do a commentary on over your video. That shyt is not easy. I have a video I made of some competitive playshyt gameplay I did back during black ops 1 and doing commentary over it was hard as fukk! I had no idea what the hell to talk about and was mad nervous and just rambled :russ: I'd post it but am not trying to get clowned for my white ass valley girl sounding voice :mjlol:

shyt like this is not regular shyt in pubs, you're lucky if you get a clips like these in hours and hours of playing amongst all the bullshyt in COD especially now.

I have a lot friends in the pro community who do some YouTubing as well and that shyt is stressful as hell. ESP if you're juggling being a professional contracted player for a competitive team and also doing YouTube. Ultimately it leads to you picking one over the other or having a very hard time juggling the two.
