Depends on the device.

Using an android based streamer (Shield, Amazon, etc) you can use 3rd party apps. Smart Tube is the best.
For others you would have to get Premium.

Im using newpipe, side loaded on Nvidia shield, you can also side load on firestick


Android is about to block side loading in a couple of months though

the ONLY way I know is either cast it from your laptop since it has adblock, or you can get a raspberry pi, which will block all the ads on your home network. but you outta luck if you aren't in the house.
