What's wrong with play music?

Play music has a shytty interface compared to other services. Doesn't support FLAC to my knowledge. Web interface is also shytty

Google Play Music needs some polish, just like a lot of other Google apps. They would be leading the pack if they would get it together

People keep focusing on the value of the bundle. It's great but who is to say they won't raise the price with the rebrand?

I'm an android guy and use the free trials of Google play, but if I had to pay I'd look elsewhere

Apple doesnt have this issue, and they are a large company. Google simply doesn't know what they are doing when it comes to building products.

Apple employs a lot of people, but when you take away all of the employees that work at their retail stores, they don't have as many people working in corporate as Google.

Size does matter, it's a lot easier keeping everyone on the same page if you're only managing the initiatives internally for 10 to 20K employees vs 60K

I think Google is trying to make a music streaming platform that's more hands-on and active for upcoming artists.

Basically what YouTube already does their larger creator channels different offline sites in NYC, LA, London, etc. But this time for music artist development.
