Strikes are automatic. People win appeals all the time. And once you appeal it's on tee to take it to court

Ass Tee has stated previously, it's better for the players to RP being a thug/YN on GTA than doing it IRL. I'd rather be shot at on GTA than hit with a Draco w/a switch IRL just cause someone was having a bad day

No they aren't. I have multiple YouTube channels and often that just ask you to edit your video in some way or the person's request will be rejected.

Yes some strikes can be appealed and overturned but just because someone makes a complaint does not mean it's an automatic strike.

I have literally had people pay me to take down videos because their complaint was unsuccessful.
