Is just me, or are 90s rappers the most successful/maintained their wealth longer than other eras of hiphop?
I mean, Dre, Diddy, Jay, Snoop, Em, Nas, Master P etc All still extremely wealthy. Pretty much everyone who wasn't a one hit wonder is still a multimillionaire.
Meanwhile somebody who had a string of hits throughout the 00's and 10's, always seem to be hit or miss on whether or not they broke?
ALL BUT ONE OF THOSE WERE RECORD LABEL OWNERS. WE HAD OUR RAPPERS THAT DIDN'T DO WELL WITH MULTIPLE HITS TOO.
