I agree with and support your college example, but that's if we're even going play that game. Which is what someone who's cheating you in a game wants you to do, continue playing.

If someone is blatantly cheating you in a game you're supposed to remove yourself from the table and start your own game.

We can't lobby for change, aka ask these cacs to start playing fair. They're bullies and psychopathic liars who are afraid if we ever pull even with them we're leaving them. They know and fear this.

In a country where we're around 12% of the population and own jack shyt in the way of resources, we have no leverage. We can't even leverage our vote being honest. Cacs vote split in half is still nearly 300% of ours on both sides.
