Things can improve, significantly. I reluctantly admit the door is shut on us becoming the peak of power and wealth in this country, and I admit that reluctantly because I don't want to believe it. However, if it were possible, what we'd have to do to become that is so far beyond anything we've ever done, and so different from how we've ever moved, that it's virtually impossible for it to happen.

However, I do feel our community could improve exponentially. It is a matter of desire, though. I do wonder if we have that. We say we do, but there is no evidence of that, other than in certain individuals, and in certain pockets. As I've always said, white people are white people everyday. Maintaining this system is easy for them, because it is a extension of who they are.
