Here is something you're forgetting. the government also ended slavery and Jim Crow segregation. At the end of a gun at that. So if the government ended slavery and segregation it could also have a hand and totally changing the economic out comes for black Americans.

You got to be joking! None of us have ever been to South Africa while they might be some parallels but nothing like South African we're not Continental Africans struggle with a continental problem. We are wholesale products of slavery and Jim Crow that is our experience PERIOD.
