This is how they will initiate their final solution. That said, 99% of Basketball players in Chicago don't make it to the NBA. That doesn't mean you don't and can't make it but your chances are extremely slim. We have yet to see that actual fallout from this bill which we will see but to what extent we will see is unknown. So need to need to start throwing these over the top outcomes with out more information on the final bill that will be passed.
