This is so defeatist and backwards. Basically her argument is theres a set limit to what Blacks generally are allowed to acquire..shes advocating for AA's to fight over that specific set of crumbs and not go for the whole cake. Black immigrants can pay for their own college, they are after that business cake same as European and asian immigrants.
