Part of S/O is urban. Wait is it me , or it seems like no one outside of Ny/Nj realizes that the hood extends out into suburbs. Queens Ny is majority suburb, just as hood as the complexes over there.....

There's a lot of 1,2 and 3 family homes in queens but it's far from suburban

And the majority of queens is working class, not hood at all

Suburban is a term originally meant to designate the blue print of real estate. Regardless of the urban blight queens experienced over a 30 to 40 year period, similar to other places such as Crenshaw and Compton LA, it was set up for land ownership, houses as opposed to co-ops or large apt complexes...
