UWM is bigger than rocket mortgage they overtook the 3 years ago as the largest mortgage company.

There is a structural issue with the current us home lending market. It's a bubble getting ready to burst and if the US government is not going to back these loans expect massive losses and implosion of rocket and UWM.

The stats I can find is that the suns revenue was around $340 million in the 23 to 24 season. I don't think they own their arena. So they probably pay the city a pretty penny for it. Going into the salary tax and paying that. I won't be surprised if Ishbia is losing money on the team from a cash flow perspective. I can see them making money on a sale.
