Flip probably wants to blow it up and build it his way with his son as coach, bereft of anything McHale or Kahn or even what Flip signed for Adelman have put there, but it'll cost him 8 figures a year and any goodwill he has left. We try. We have to do a better job of teaching/molding the youth(who we expect to succeed us) at an early age. And then we just don't support each other.


I don't say much in this board about it but I notice a lot of perceived black posters in this board/and blacks in general shytted on the whole Marvin Lewis promotion. His many black coAches get that type of authority on a professional football team. Not even Tony Dungy I think was granted that privilege. And yet I see a lot of criticism of the move up and not nearly enough daps. But I guess this ain't the thread for this topic so I won't derail it.

If you're telling me that Alford playing his son fukked LaVine's head up, it's not gonna get easier at the pro level for him. There's a player already on the team who turns into a useless bytch when his confidence is low and that's Shved. That's LaVine's floor and it's gonna be his teammate.
