And that's usually what the NBA will judge you on now.What could've "potentially" happened.

If you go back and watch the Amare/Diaw infraction, Diaw did the same thing Paul George did.He took a few steps and hopped back.Horry hip checked Nash around half court.Diaw was further away from the altercation than Paul George was, yet he was still hit with the ax.
