Wilson played against a COVID affected conference. So he ended up not playing against good enough defenses that would exposed his flaws:

• Poor ability to read the field post snap
• Over aggressiveness and unwillingness to check it down
• Inconsistent accuracy, even on short throws
• Poor decision making

No doubt but White has also now shown that he can step up and when the team is desperate a couple of times…out of nowhere and in NY.

If they allow him to work through it a bit with the crop of talent they have now, he could also show growth with more tape and experience.
