My Pops Forever RIP
He was definitely over drafted. He only been here two years and he lost the locker room. You had players calling his bum ass out. I like that Saleh listens though. There are dumb as coaches that knows their QB is trash and would take forever to move on. Saleh is like you ain't costing me my job. :russ:
Benching Zach is the best thing that happened to Saleh. Now he got the locker room riding for him and as long as they're playing well, that gets everyone off his back. Also, it disproves any notion that Saleh only cares about defense, which has been the main issue with every HC they hire other than Gase who had a different set of problems.

They'll just stick with White. Anyone who suggests the Jimmy G's of the world clearly doesn't have a good payoff in mind for the Jets. Those Niner teams were better than anything the Jets can put together and they STILL lost the Superbowl to the Chiefs, but Jimmy G or Derek Carr is the missing piece?

They have to put their hopes and dreams into White which buys them time to draft their next QB, whoever that is.
Yes it's a horrible payoff to go to an NFC Championship and SB with Jimmy in a four year time span. I mean shyt this happens all the time with QBs.....oh wait. Only reason we didn't see more because he was out for the season two of the four years. Niners are on track right now to go back to the SB.

Jimmy isn't a super star QB like Aaron or Brady. But he does win and keeps a team contending. The Jets wouldn't be bad because it's the same system he played him. The only big thing is that they are young players, but doesn't seem like it's stopping the Jets.

But if White Mike is the real thing. It would be best to stick with him. I mean draft a QB in later rounds and keep a vet around for insurance. The players seem to play hard for him.

Jimmy G is as good as a running game allows him to be. He cant be trusted to win games with his arm. Jets will need that type of qb until Breece is back at 100% which is likely in 2024.

I only want Aaron.

He definitely has some limitations. But the team always contends with him at QB.

Which means he is a quarterback fortunate to be in the right situation.

Either way, this Zach Wilson situation isn’t going to work for him here in New York. We don’t have an offensive coordinator who builds out playcalling around players given skill sets nor will they fix his mechanics if they were dumb enough to let him go out there being THAT unsound. It’s not only Zach Wilson, we are also seeing it with James Robinson who aw traded for that Mike INSISTS to have run off tackle when he’s a downhill runner. :dahell: And him keeping Denzel Mims on the bench all that time says a lot to.

I cannot stand coaches like that and thus why I dont care much for folks who think Im off base here. I dont watch football like yall do in here.

Legit

A lot of coaches that get fired aren't even bad, they just have shytty QBs.

Hell, let's be real, Matt Nagy might still have a job if they got Deshaun or Mahomes instead of Trubisky :russ:

Watching the end of the game and how all his teammates celebrated with White, Wilson's got a long, long way to go to win back credibility in that locker room. They fukk with White heavy

His teammates are already calling him "King of New York"...shyt is brazzey

Ain't nothing wrong with your OC. Points are scored when bum ass Zach ain't playing. Wait and see on White Mike, but if they get in the playoffs and shyt win one, you the only one going to be talking about the OC.

There is something clearly wrong when you don’t culture around your existing talent. He just moved Elijah more into the slot last week. I have been bytching about that since last season. You can ignore the James Robinson and Denzel Mims points as well. I’m not. Zach Wilson isn’t being used properly with the Jets. He’s a mobile quarterback who needs to get his fundamentals under wraps. But his time is done here. Maybe he will get that opportunity in another city. If he sucks then he sucks.

First 3 games no Zach Wilson
If Nick Chubb slides instead of scoring a TD leading to a fluky Jets comeback they would have put up point totals of 9, 17 & 12
Had a fully healthy Breece Hall back then too and dumbass OC was getting him 7 carries a game
