'Microapartments' seem like the wave of the future. You're paying this outlandish amount of money for essentially a pod to sleep in. It's already there in places like Japan and Singapore.

I thought this was recent until I saw a dr x post. Anyway, the dotcom boom minted a lot of millionaires. Now we have the tech boom, but a lot of black people again missed out because we were busy trying to survive. Couldn't afford to thrive.
