I think what is lost in all of this is the fact Popovich had Kawhi Leonard out there after he aggrevated his ankle the first time. He has to take some blame as he knew Kawhi was hurting but didn't take him out which resulted in his ankle getting hurt again.
Also, Kawhi should have been more self-aware as he was just coming off an ankle injury prior series so he should've asked to be taken out to do an evaluation instead of just going out there and playing through the pain.
