I'm not about to condemn anyone before justice does. But I'm also not about to give a guy who got a goddamn rape charge the benefit of the doubt in terms of hanging out with him. My safety >>>>>>>>>>>> inconclusive evidence.

But that's just me, and I don't even care.

If you were charged with a crime, and yet were innocent of that charge, would you think it fair if other people discriminated against you? In other words: do you hold yourself to the same standards you hold others? Hypocrisy doesn't make your argument incorrect, but it does shed light on why we hold "innocent before proven guilty" close to our judicious hearts. We've all been accused of something we didn't do -- and on the other hand, we've all been accused of something we did.

I don't disagree with your statement, but ultimately every determination should be on a case-by-case basis. Men shouldn't be considered rapists merely because a woman says they are. Every case should be judged on its merits. For example, anyone that cowers at the prospect of hanging out with Jameis Winston because some money grubbing, semen drenched, callous white girl accused him of rape, hasn't done their due diligence. They found different nikkas' semen on her butthole.
