i don't see how because yes what eminem raps about as far as content goes but as far as technical ability goes eminem is milessssssssssssssssssssss ahead of k rhino it's not even close imo.
the only people imo that is on the level of eminem in terms of spitting is g rap pun and ras kass and even then i still give the slight edge to eminem.
You like multies init, listen to the multies on the track I posted, are crazy lol. Technically I've heard K-Rino do everything, spit at all kinds of speeds, drop all kinds of lyrics on many topics with creativity and craft. He is THE best lyricist I've heard personally. Content also is a factor in technical ability, if someone rapped just meaningless pointless multies that were nonsensical that wouldn't be an exhibition of skill, it all has to come together effectively.

i did not even mention anything about mutlies u can have a complex rhyme scheme without really having a entire verse full of them a rhyme scheme is the pattern of the the rhyme and the multis is just the number of syllables u rhyming so u to me u got to have both.
and far as flow goes k rhino flow is kinda of choppy like his syllable count is all over the place imo
he can't keep a consistent syllable count in his verse to save his life imo.

See I don't agree with that, I've heard plenty K-Rino songs where the shyt is smooth and completely on point, he switches shyt up but he is capable of doing anything on the mic of with the pen from what I've heard.

basically the point im trying to make is that eminem has perfect rhyme schemes like perfect in strcuture.
and he also has a unique way of rhyming words like mispronouncing words to make them rhyme
using assonance and mixing it with perfect rhyme and using slant rhyming k rhino rhymes can get kinda played out at times and also syllable count don't be exactly be perfect etc.
