:mjlol: @ sherman being the best corner.

that'd be like tony allen routinely guarding sefalosha instead of durant, but then turns around call himself the best defender in the league.

Breh most teams dont even have 2 top flight recievers to do that even if they wanted too. Again I not saying he never sees good wrs but for someone who claims to be the best he doesnt defend the number 1's enough to make that claim. And the reason for this is the way seattle uses him. Which logically offenses will then put thier best on the other side
that is irrelevant, you were saying that teams should and do use their #3/#4 on sherman

thats not the case really. theres no proof of teams when doing that doing better against seattle than those that dont, at all.

:laff: at a corner keeping a qb from throwing to his right all game and saying he ain't great. Sherman singlehandedly hamstrung their gameplan

Honestly I can't even hate on this dudes hustle. He's managed to Flavor Flav his way to Darrelle Revis level respect without actually matching top receivers. Fake it till you make it:yeshrug:. Respect

Breh Sherman ain't shut down shyt. The Falcons strategy was to go at Sherman and they did, Roddy & Julio beat Sherman on numerous occasions in that game, it wasn't just the TD Roddy scored over the top.

If you've got a gameplan & QB who isn't afraid to take chances you can beat SEA's defense. We did it in the playoffs a few years ago & it can happen again

Video doesn't lie. The touchdown was on Kam. Sherm was breaking up passes left n right that game

If I understand you what your saying I'm tempted to agree with you. Seattle is that good. Especially Thomas

You are right in this case, but you need two top flight wrs on the outside. Most teams don't have that. I thinks its more of a personel thing then a fear one.

My dude. Wtf does that even mean.

While I am sure that cinnamon toast crunch isn't the best cereal, it is the most tasty:what:

It's fukking simple when you read the rest of the post. :beli:

Someone can be technically the best at something but not be the most effective at any given time. That damn Win share stat people like to toss around is an example. In 05-06 no one woulda said that Dirk was the hands down BEST PLAYER in the NBA...you had nikkas like Kobe dropping 81, D-Wade in his prime, Nash won the MVP....but if you look at the stats Dirk was more EFFECTIVE at getting his team wins. Not the best, but the most effective. Look up the win shares if you think i'm bullshytting.

People say Mayweather is the most technically sound BOXER in the game, but people still say Manny would give him the beats...why? Because in his prime he was EFFECTIVE.

The best burger might be from Burger King, but it may not be as filling as one from 5 Guys.

Em in his prime might have the best technical skill-set of any rapper out....but he was not always the most potent or most lauded rapper in known circles.

There's more to being a CB than just knocking down passes.....you just exposed yourself as not understanding some of the finer points of sporting, friend.
