This guy @Heelhook got a low quality posting warning for tagging Gil :mjlol:

What kind of bullshyt is this :gucci:

@Gil Scott-Heroin the feds :mjlol:

Leave dawg alone :russ:
Good job, good effort @A.R. but that's not why @Heelhook was hit with a Low Posting Quality warning.

:unimpressed:

@Heelhook tagged me because we're basically on the same page, re: Zion, as it were.

@CHICAGO is responsible for that because he's all in his feelings about another thing I was right on. He's had a personal vendetta against me for a while now, and it's obstructing his ability to moderate this board properly. He even deleted the Lowry threads I upped the other week when it was time for all those muh'fukkas to eat crow.

my issue is that weight isn’t what we should be looking at...His body fat is too high in my opinion as he sheds body fat he will lose weight but to me it makes more sense for him to cut body fat rather than shoot for a random scale weight. He may be perfectly content and durable if he lost 4-5% body fat and preserved his lean body mass.

There is a subset of people on the coli that legitimately get heated and annoyed when people mention's Zion's weight...

Why?

Weight impacts a lot of things on an athlete...especially tendons and joints....why is mentioning that such a taboo thing?

And certainly no one in their right mind would think that that on a surgically repaired knee he should keep that same weight?

Zion is going to be an NBA wing.....agility, lateral movement, explosiveness from standstill, elevation, cutting, All that has to be done on those knees going forward

Stop sticking your head in the sand talking about that is his build.....people reshape their bodies all the time in pro sports.....He doesnt suddenly have to become skinny which he probably cant but 250-260 is likely the sweet spot for him.....

He is strong now...he will be strong at the lower weight too

If you moderate the board based off of personal vendettas than you should be relieved of moderating privileges. True or False?

This isn't Hong Kong. @darylmorey #freespeech

Okay fair enough

I dont think we disagree even if we worded it differently....If he still weighed *insert random weight* but was was in absolutely phenomenal condition then fine

Lebron James is one of the better conditioned athletes in the league and probably soaks up contact as much as anybody in the league at the wing/forward position

He has never weighed that much and even those stories about him being 260-270 I never believed for a second....

Strength does not require bulk.......

1. It's a meme--people were basically saying it enough so they "would be right" went it happen
2. We acting like he has a history of physical problems
3. He's not the first or last (future) All-Star that may have to sit out his rookie year
4. None of ya'll are doctors
He hurt himself in college , summer league and preseason :francis: and people were saying it because it may possibly be true that he should lose some weight to play a full season ( which he already won’t do) and your acting like the best way to start your career is getting your meniscus torn :gucci: None of us are doctors but he definitely has a injury that required surgery

Because this is TheColi where folks are incapable of engaging in proper discourse about the game; it's all about who can dikkride/hate the most.

:manny:

@Morethan1 do you know who these folks might be?
