I gotta go see this kid (Spartanburg less than an hour away from Charlotte), but I hear you have to get to the games 2-3 hours ahead to get a ticket.

The athleticism is off the charts, and his jumper is solid. He looks like a decent passer when he wants to be. He's shooting a high % so I can't knock it.

He has to have had done some damage in the AAU circuit to be ranked so high nationally, so I don't think it's an issue of lackluster comp.

Dude would be balling at any HS in the nation, although he wouldn't be putting up the same numbers as he's getting now.

You should have got there last night. They played Newton and Ashton Hagans #1 team in GA(below). This was the easiest night to get in and see him although it was full it wasn't like the first two nights. The gym that he plays at at his private high school is small so it's going to probably be hard to get in there. I would say if you coming out of the QC you should try to make the Ben Lippen game in Columbia on Jan 3.

Honestly, it's nothing like being there, this kid is so explosive. His team isn't that good, he has maybe two other kids on his team that can ball and will likely play in college the others I probably won't make my high school team. That maybe a good thing with him being on a bad team because he stays on the floor the whole night.
