I BET ZION HAS ROUTINELY GOTTEN
THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT DONE OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AND KEEPS OVERSTRETCHING IT.

This man should have million dollar trainers. Bron got his career threateninglower back injury taken care of by health experts. Ain't no excuse for this to keep happening to Zion at this rate with the right lifestyle changes

Im curious why is he so injury prone now vs when he was in college. It’s not like he’s old. Is the training regimen leading to more injuries? It can’t be the NBA schedule because he hasn’t played many games at all.

That’s why I say reducing the number of games aren’t going to make for a better product. If there was a 50 game schedule, players would miss games. There are star players who play 75-82 games yearly.

Damage was done with that fluctuating weight once he got to the league, that type of stuff has long term effects, and once you get injured and overcompensating starts, that can he a slippery slope as well. Just my opinion from dealing with my injuries in the past.

He’s too explosive for his body. Even with him coming in great shape, he still gets hurt. He’s not supposed to be playing like how he does. Better adjust his game or it will be a continuous cycle.
Gotta thin out like crazy, and honestly he'll never do this but, watching less explosive but properly scoring euro players would be good tape to study for him to learn how to score with out needing so much burst and shift

With a professional sports team training staff who are well aware of his injury history, safe to say that they took every possible precaution. Probably have tailor made conditioning, warm-up routines and personnel for him.

At this point, he's just an injury prone player.
My question to this would be, does he only do what the ask him to do when he's with them? Or does he take it upon himself to continue to work at this during his time off and the off-seasons.

If he's not doing the work on his own without the team administering it then that may be the answer to our questions.
