I don't get why they didn't just make him a manager or something. There's a bunch of guys who could use someone speaking for them and regardless of his lazy work ethics ZZ was always gold on the mic.

ZZ had the personality of a gamestop cashier, which is ironic cause that's the same demographic as "the IWC" according to goofy ass @Da King. Patrick definitely had legit personality though. ZZ was getting all those votes solely as a joke by the voters thinking he wouldn't actually advance.
