Which is why I hate when folks downplay LBJ's help. During that Miami 2011 finals Wade was getting his own. Sometimes LBJ ball watches when another teammate is balling out. LBJ has an adequate set of roleplayers on this Cleveland squad. He had too many forced passes that lead into to's.

I think at times, going to the "LBJ was just trying to get his teammates going " logic is a copout. His teammate played perfectly fine, on their own will and volition, LBJ was just too passive and had dumb turnovers. LBJ still has potential to pass mj imho. If they blowout Boston in game 4 and 5, all this all be forgotten.

But it's a bad look for lbj.

Or the "LeBron was passing to a teammate because they had a better shot" talking point. Especially when it's used in argument against certain players who take that shot, instead of passing. :lolbron:

I think thats dangerous too breh. To me that gets him more focused on another thing except scoring. Obviously he needs to defend, but I don't want that to be his mindset.

Again he tried that in the finals against the Mavs. Just pick his spots, play heavy mins while guarding the one of the best scorers on the other team, etc.

He wins big when he has a scorer's mentality...who just so happens to play make. When he doesn't he and his team are extremely vulnerable.

True, but if he's locked in defensively they aren't blowing a 21 point 3rd quarter lead at home. And He has to move better off the ball when the offense isn't running through him. He needs to be cutting though the lane/setting screens erc not just standing in the corner.

Its a bad look no doubt. However, that 2011 roster was flawed and Spo did a poor job in those finals. No way around it. Remember the only time Wade/LeBron were elite together in those playoffs were against Boston. It was LeBron who did the heavy lifting vs. the Bulls. He was just too comfortable with...cool I'll be the Pippen this series vs. the Mavs :yeshrug:

But that wasn't the Jordan Bulls roster :picard:

I do agree about his passiveness. Some games he thinks his passing will open up things for him to just get easy points. :francis:

All those turnovers instead of taking a shot :hhh:

Sometimes he gotta get smacked around to realize that. :manny:.........we aint got forgot 2011 there's still work to be done:hubie:

The Celtics aren't worse off without IT on the floor. Plus Smart is a starter.

They have way better depth due to Ainge's roster management.

Wall has only had a decent backup once in his career and that was Sessions. Andre Miller's final days were also fun to watch.

But the Wiz don't have a PG off the bench. Maybe Satoransky becomes one.
lebron wont score 13 pts and Smart wont go 7-10 from 3 ever again

this game is an anomoly
