week 2 started yesterday, every lift I have seen improvement, finally got my military press right, and my form on all my lifts are reaching great comfort-ability. Gonan start doing crunches and pushups on my offdays

Bones and muscles starting to hurt again, prolly gotta go back on treatment for lyme, but I raised my curl ups by 10, my squat by 20 and my bentover barbell row by 10, felt amazing. Still gotta work on my bench press.

still on track :yes: added 10 to my squat, my crunches improved, only thing I'm lacking in is bench press, cuz i'm shook to go any higher in weights due to no spot, but my military press and everything else has improved :yes:

done with phase 1, phase 2 starts monday, took my first dose of creatine today. I cut out the ECA stack from my routine, because the negative effects of ephedra and caffiene on the body. Anyway, feeling great, looking bigger gaining weight.
