There is more gentrification happening here than you think. The only reason why it has not become the next Bushwhick yet is because of ENY reputation of having a high crime rate, even though the crime rate has seem to drop significantly over the years. They are building all these new homes but people from outside are scared to move in , but I'm fine with that. The only people that will see the good of ENY is the ones who live here, its miles better than that piece of shyt Brownsville. . Also Liden Blvd Multiplex is one of the best cinemas .
