How exactly did the beef between 50 cent and murder inc. Start?

And why were they trying to kill dude?
It started over 50 dissing Ja on the original, "Your Life's on the Line". 50 has stated that he attacked Ja because of how Ja, allegedly, treated him after witnessing 50 with a person who robbed him in the past. However, Ja says that explanation is pure fantasy. He also theorizes that 50, most likely, dissed him to create attention for his album like he did with "How To Rob".

Me personally, I think Ja's explanation makes the most sense when you examine 50's actions at the time. First, the reception to How To Rob, by the public, garnered more attention for 50 than any of his other singles, which were flops. The success of that record gave 50 a reason to start randomly dissing rappers. To him, naming-names was his winning formula to create cheap heat for himself and POAD, and he points that out his music,

"Since 'How to Rob' a lot of nikkas been naming names
Monkey see monkey do, I done changed the game
"

.Working off that premise, and taking into account that POAD was getting pushed back, his singles were still flopping, and that he attacked Mr. cheeks, Onyx, and Ja rule on the OG version of Your Life's on the Line. You can start to see that Ja rule's point has real merit. There is enough evidence there to conclude that Your Life's On Line, OG version, was meant to be a spiritual successor To How to Rob, in terms of drawing big attention to 50.

This is kinda beside the point, but i'm sure, if Ja rule just ignored 50, he would've just moved on. Actually, there is even evidence to suggest he was...

"Yo, no more freestyles and verses killin' Sticky and Ja
I've movin' on now, I got bigger fish to fry
"

Once Fif realized that he could bait Jay Z, he forget all about Ja. It wasn't until the ATL incident were Ja checked his ass that everything changed. Unfortunately for Ja, Preme hired a shooter who couldn't aim, the culture had heavy bias for a artist with a "street" perception/persona, 50 was making great music, and weaven ridiculous narratives that ppl believed just off his word.

When you really think about it, Ja just got unlucky.

Rule should just have ignored that man and kept on giving us hits. While 50 was in the hospital recovering from getting shot up my dude Rule was giving us classics. 50 been baiting Jay for the longest and look how Jay just ignored that man and kept making hits and making boss moves. Rule should have done the same. The crazy thing about them getting the Feds on Murder Inc is that not only could Rule not defend himself musically but breh couldn't even release music in general. Straight up death sentence for a group of artists right there. To not be able to make music while a rival rapper is dissing you constantly and putting out hits of his own? Wow, Like even if we overlook the fact that their legacy and image was being tarnished in the streets, these people had families to feed. They couldn't even release music during that time period so their income must have taken a dramatic hit. The fact that most people didn't even know Murder Inc was under Federal indictment and that was why they couldn't respond to 50 was the final nail in the coffin. Nikkas really started believing that Murder Inc really was scared of 50. :wow:

Real talk Ja and Irv need to make this shyt a movie or TV series. This shyt happened before the Social media era so a lot of people still don't know the full story. Nikkas need to learn what really went down.

Why is Bimmy's word assumed to be factual? Especially when I only have his WORD to rely on?

Look at what Ja rule said:

Ja_ruless.jpg

He makes no mention of Praz telling him anything. He specifically points out that a female friend called him, and let him know that 50 is in the building.

Now, why should I take Bimmy's word over Ja's? You see the problem that occurs when all your evidence relies on first and second hand eyewitness accounts? It's practically impossible to verify as factual when you've conflicting reports. That's why it irks the living fukk out of me when I see 50 stans putting more stock into someones word, rather than paperwork. Especially when the person in question has questionable credibility.
