That’s what I’m praying for. That’s the best case scenario.

When my grandma was on the path of transitioning it was clear she was holding on because she was worried about one of my uncles (he has a disability). Whenever one of the other children would visit she would say she was worried about him and who was going to make sure he was ok (of course they’ve all been taking care of him financially for years so they didn’t know why she was worried). All of the other siblings literally had to go to her bedside for days letting her know not to worry and that they would take care of him and everything would be fine, and that was literally when she let go.
