That was difficult to watch

I've seen worse
Had this been North, West, South or Southwest Philly the tagline would read multiple people Shot
and killed in a shoot-out

One of the dumbest posts in this thread![]()
You literally hit us up with the "we are our own worst enemy"
You're a proud c00n

Why is that? Why are poor areas in the black community so violent![]()
dont worry my guy. it tok a while for me to accept that many of us are gonna have to be left behind, but it is what it is. too many ppl are willfully ignorant. just try to find other like-minded black ppl to link with. its the best u can do.
I feel you bro
shyt like this just really pisses me off and I catch myself getting on that what about black on black tip before I correct myself. Stuff like this just really makes me feel like it's not even worth trying. But like you said all we can do is build with the ones that want to build
The hood doesn't have to be dilapidated houses and wild dogs running around.does that look like the hood to you?

All of this is still Ft. Hill. Hell hood, like you hear about someone getting shot all the time. good thing the hospital is right down street, a couple blocks from this church actually. I've never been to it, just drove past it a lot with my mom. The statues freak a lot of people out who live around here. You know black folks superstitious.Interesting. I felt compelled to snap that pic. I don't know why. It's not like I've never seen a tattoo parlor before. The name just seemed interesting. So that's where all the young ladies go to get tatted up? What's the name of those side hoods off of Grey Hwy? I also snapped a photo of the House Of Prayer that's right on Emery Highway.

We got quite a few House of Prayer locations in Charlotte. John P. Kee is the pastor at one of them. The White guy in that green Mini-Van was getting crunk to some sort of music. I assumed it was some Southern hip-hop, because of his movements. He looked like some Vice Cac Hipster.
You made it sound like a class in an RPG gameThis nikka wasn't trying to fight nobody.
We have a diverse group of people on the coli. Im surprised nobody has mentioned the pokers and the shooters, the snuffers, the robbers etc. That's just who some nikkas are. This nikka aint a fighter, he wasn't there to fight. He came to stab/poke someone up and that's what he did.
Maybe he (the stabber) was at the wrong place and his services werent needed but that's what he does. I used to know a couple of shooters. These were nikkas that when shyt popped off or someone, something or somewhere needed to be shot they were the triggermen. Just like you have those dudes that like to throw hands, when theres a fight they are always down to bang.
Definitely senseless but understanding his character, thats who this dude is, he didnt likely show up to a fight then happen to find something to stab someone with and by happenstance stab someone.

You did an analysis on the cost of the houses in this particular neighborhood..no..but cool. The hood doesn't have to be dilapidated houses and wild dogs running around.
When the average value of a house in your neighborhood is 30k, you live in the hood.
"So many of those so called 'upper class' Negros are so busy trying to impress on the the white man that they 'different from those others' that they can't see they are only helping the white man to keep his low opinion off all Negros.. This is one of the black man’s big troubles today."

Using his words in the wrong context fammo2 good things in the hood 1) that greasy fried chicken from those filthy Asian grease spots and 2) unlimited alcohol stores within an arms reach....lol but yeah that's it .... I get it.....no need to go if u r not from thereFirst you said i was beating my chest about representing Dade county and now you back-pedalling and saying hood kids needed to test me
The ground beneath your feet is too soft young lad.
#1 the last 5 years before i moved to East Atlanta i lived in Alpharetta on Winward Parkway where i have left my car windows down and a $400 camera on the front seat overnight and found it where i left it.
#2 The most "hood" place i probably lived was this place on Busbee Parkway in Kennesaw and it aint even hood
#3 Like i said i bought a house as an investment in a gentrified area because a) i love the downtown area b) i wanted to be able to take advantage of the property values going up soon . All my neighbors are pretty much professionals who migrated to ATL.
I lived in Dade county but in the North Miami Beach area before it went semi "hood". My mom still owns the house there. When i need sh!t in Caroll City or Little Haiti or Hialeah i go there, get it and go the fukk back home.
Again, Ive never claimed hood nor do i understand why people love it. Name 2 good things from the hood. I'll wait...
Disclaimer: WHen i say this i dont mean that everyone who lives/lived in the hood is "hood" or has that "hood" mentality. There are good people down on their luck who live there. But the whole crab in a buckets mentality there is nothing i want any part of and my father always taught me not to associate myself with them. Im no classist like my dad... but i still draw the line somewhere

You are blind as fukk and definitely part of the problem we have within our community. Because of nikkas like you nothing will ever change for us. Yeah Yeah "c00n" this and that...fukk outta here nikka. You have the "c00n" mentality
