Only Chi area street rappers to make it out recently were Keef, Durk, Freddie Gibbs, Fredo, Herbo, Bibby, afew weed carriers with them

pilsen is already expensive if you're east of ashland. cuz now you're getting into the university village and UIC area. if you're west of ashland, its affordable. but it be fukkery happening out there as well. I think mckinley park might be a better option than pilsen. it's a little further south, but it has orange line access, access to I55 and more stores than you have around pilsen. also it's cheaper.

funny thing about the east humboldt park are is developers are trying to sell that area as "west wicker" or "west bucktown" for these yuppies.

the area just east of midway is west lawn.

not too many black folks in either area. I do not particularly like the southwest side of the city because it's so isolated from expressway access.

mckinley park is the next neighborhood west of bridgeport and just south of pilsen.

I posted this before, but there are a number of good schools on the south and west side. problem is, a lot are selective enrollment so you gotta test into them. and I'm guessing most poor folks either don't know or won't bother to get their kids tested.

Black women are not murdering other Black people by the thousands every year - it is Black men. It has always been Black men.

Even when Black families were typically nuclear, Black men were still primarily responsible for murdering/stealing from/assaulting other Black people.

The cowardly and childlike tactic of blaming women for the actions of Black men is stifling our community, because it disregards all of the attitudes, behaviors and people directly responsible for this issue.

Black men are going to have to demand other Black men to finally behave responsibly - accountabile to self, faremily, and community.

Chicago is 2x the size of Baltimore but per capita(That's how they measure crime rates- based off the population), Baltimore is more dangerous. Really sad
