Cam is McNabb....but without the offensive genius of Andy Reid around him.

Its just a damn shame.
Shaq is going to be good.

Cam has a chance to be a superstar if the Panthers provide the talent around him.

Instead he'll be no different than he was the last couple of years. The organization is ok with Cam just being pretty good with mediocre talent around.

I'm sure I'm overreacting.

But Tannehill gets Stills, Landry, Jennings AND Parker?

Not even mentioning Cameron at TE. Its just not right brehs.

Wake.
I think yall might be sleeping. Shaq's nice.

There's tons of WRs in this draft. Sammie Coates and Breshard Perriman the same WR tbh.

Wake.
We need help on offense more than defense. I think they pulled a name out a hat.

We need help everywhere tbh.

No point in taken an offensive player just because...the player's gotta be worth it. Like I said I'd rather have Sammie Coates in Round 2-3 than Perriman in Round 1 because there really isn't much of a difference between the two as an example.

Sammie Coates is terrible. His cant catch and even then he's a one trick pony.

early analysis from Catscratch Reader....

http://www.catscratchreader.com/201...hers-first-round-shaq-thompson-washington-olb

The Carolina Panthers selected Washington outside linebacker Shaq Thompson with the 25th overall pick in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft. It's a move that helps the team immediately, while putting in place a long-term plan to have a successor for Thomas Davis when he decides to hang it up.

Thompson was a fan-favorite for his aggressive style and above-average athleticism. Given how the board broke it can definitely be seen as a need meets BPA pick, even if that need doesn't immediately present itself like offensive tackle does. Ultimately the board didn't break in a way that supported the selection of an offensive tackle. A early run paired with a few surprises caused the selection of a tackle to be untenable.

He's a versatile player fans will love. Thompson can do it all. Seriously, that's not an understatement. He will do EVERYTHING asked of him, and then some. This is going to be fun to watch.

For those hoping for an offensive lineman the Cardinals played spoiler. Taking D.J. Humphries with the No. 24 pick was somewhat of a surprise, but there's no need to lament now. There are plenty of talented tackles in this draft and with a full compliment of picks there is time to make a move.
