Cam is McNabb....but without the offensive genius of Andy Reid around him.

Its just a damn shame.
Shaq is going to be good.

Cam has a chance to be a superstar if the Panthers provide the talent around him.

Instead he'll be no different than he was the last couple of years. The organization is ok with Cam just being pretty good with mediocre talent around.

I'm sure I'm overreacting.

But Tannehill gets Stills, Landry, Jennings AND Parker?

Not even mentioning Cameron at TE. Its just not right brehs.

Naw Cam is Cunningham. Defense minded coach....poor OC, terrible line, shyt RBs. I just pray he can get out of Carolina by his early 30s and get on a team with talent. Hopefully he doesn't blow his knees out while his time with the panthers. But I seen this shyt too much man. Black QBs steady get shyt to offensive talent.

I just picked random WR X. Devin Smith, DGB, Coates, Lockett...pick a name.

DGB is not on the Panthers board. Devin Smith will be gone by then. I like Lockett but he's too small for a guy like Cam because he's throws the ball high. At least Dorsett was kind of like Smitty where he could truly outrun you and high point the football.

Pick was a surprise to me, but it seems like all the guys that were at the top of their board were gone:yeshrug: ... Ain't check much for PAC-12 football, but seeing people compare the kid to Kam Chancellor ... The irony after what happened in the playoffs ... I trust Gettleman, hope he can draft Rashad Greene at some point this weekend

That's the only thing, as much as I'm cool with the pick and like him as a prospect...I have zero idea where we gonna play this dude . If we can play him like Kam and basically have him take Roman Harper's spot I'm definitely with it. If he's a OLB than he can play in the 4-3 sets and we got 3 athletic LBs that cover a ton of ground.

Regardless we should be back to a Top 5 defense this year.

So far, I've read it was between Humphries and Thompson; Cardinals pick made it easier for them. They want the kid to play weak side, especially during 2 TE sets. Think he'll be very good covering TEs and RBs. Said they want to get more creative on defense. :ld:

Worst-case scenario, they drafted a successor for Jonathan Stewart :heh:
