Politics aside, if you actually knew anything about gun control that wasn't a ready made opinion served to you on the nightly news, you would know the country has plenty of gun control. A gun ban is the only step left. What do you think gun free zones are? That's gun control. Need a permit to open carry? That's gun control. Y'all rail against the right but y'all are no better. The point is, having minimal measures in place does not mean that something is adequate. Addressing something and addressing it sufficiently are two different things. Furthermore, we do not have universal gun control laws. Those variances between states are the cause of many of these problems. For example, we no longer have an assault rifle ban. What did these guys just use exactly? Go sit down.
