If it's a personal grudge, and we have multiple guys ready to go with rifles and vests, at the drop of a hat....knowing the consequences....it's a fairly organized attack, it reminds me of attacks on rehabs in Juarez and Chiuas that were so common years back, though in circumstance only.
Clearly we have local suspects. They keep asking why were they still in the area....if we go with the argument or grudge theory, I am guessing they lived nearby. Yes press conference confirmed this.
