Usually I change my own, but I will admit I called roadside assistance to do it once, not because I didn't know how or didn't have a donut, but because it was cold as fukk outside (I'm talking like -20 wind chill) and snowing and I didn't have any gloves on me.

But yeah, a grown man should know how to change a tire.

Changing a tire ain't a talent. Did it for the first time in my life a year ago. I was with my step mother and her tire popped. Nothing too it. Unscrew, screw back in.
