They can take over bc they have the most supporters and bc although fanatical, unlike the northern alliance and the other groups that held power in the time after the sockets left, the Taliban weren't personally corrupt and they managed to end years of civil war.

That seems hard to believe and doesn't jibe with other shyt I've heard. Maybe they're not "as corrupt" or their corruption isn't as organized? Claiming the Taliban isn't corrupt sounds like a stretch.
