Let's try this again... What other RACIAL slur has the same historical connotation and social significance as the N Word...... Is there one on par with it?
If not, we're comparing apples and oranges....
Well seems you can't point out any other race that uses a derogatory term when referring to themselves in a casual manner. Hence making the term so prevalent. That's my point. I think you get it but are saving face man.
It's a culture @PhonZhi doesnt wanna associate us or himself with, so unless he doesn't care for his mom, his analogy doesn't make sense.no, he's raping your culture.
He's also Black.![]()
And...Raised by his J***sh mom, bar mitzvah'd, in an affluent white Canadian suburb.
He's also j***sh, bruh.
And...
He also Black. The video even states it. Why are you guys trying to erase this part of his identity ? Dude never denied he was a Jew and even put his second bar mitzvah in a video clip. You guys act like his Jewish identity is somehow hidden to the whole world.
He has African blood.And...

Dude said "why dont u stop listening?"
Thats like me knowing my sister is being abused in the next room and somebody saying "well why dont u go outside?"
The point is that this poisonous hiphop culture is affecting the entire black community negatively on a global scale. This isn't about ME, an individual. Its about the entire race. Yall are too blind and ignorant to understand how this propaganda is being used against us.
Black people on a mass scale needs a shift in consciousness. This music is designed to keep us in an ignorant mindset.
I know you're offended by gangsta rap, you made it quite clear the past few months. But that doesn't change the fact that Drake is *also* Black though you Americans might refer as him as bi-racial. I don't like the use of the n-word (a or er, same thing to me but that's my opinion) in whatever languages it exists. But if some Black people use it and perceive it as a term of endearment, who you are to judge and to enforce your opinion on others ? You're fighting a lost battle B.As a black person i was offended at how his "black" side was portrayed. What race are you?

He's not an African-American indeed. I totally agree with that and I was not trying to argue that point. He has African blood.
But he is not "black" as in the average brown skinned American
Should Drake use the n-word ? I don't think so. Can he use it ? Why not, he's *also* Black.i get it. he has a black sperm donor...
what you're not considering is the history of racism in this country/world. the negative bias in which blacks have been subjected to. Drake surely knows this, yet he continues to willfully perpetuate negative stereotypes of his black side, while showing respect for the other side. Do you know what minstrel shows are and how they were instrumental into the development of the music industry? Do you remember that whole NWA Jerry whatever fiasco? Quit being obtuse. You need to look at the bigger picture.

But I got it, rap is bad. Though Eminem is the GOAT.

Should he act gangsta in his songs/videos ? I don't think so. Can he ? Why not, he's an actor/interpret.
