Beats were, for the most part, blah.nikka got outshined by every feature and the beats carried him and even that couldnt save him, whole album sounded like a bunch of attempts at singles
basquiat this dusse that, thats all he talked about![]()
Belafonte aint have respect for him or his wife so why should he breh
Told him that everything aint what it seems and that he needs to respect his generation and how they're doing things to help
A reasonable response to the statements Belafonte made

Ablum was basura, but I'm still interested in seeing the behind the scenes footage that they shot. It's been almost 2 years and nothing has surfaced.
Lol. Even on the net u comin off hella corny.Coli militant in full effect. Tht was 2 bars on the last verse of the song damn near... U let it ruin it for u? Prolly the same nikka bumpin Karate Chop remix thothat track was some bull and shyt; jay goin' at harry belafonte and that my friends was some disrespectful ass shyt and uncalled for
goin' at harry belafonte?! a civil rights activist and then jay had the nerve to say his presence is charity. come on, jay![]()

they wasted a pimp verse on that tom ford bullshytYou know this lame was spittin the Jay stan ritual "This is personal classic" line when the album dropped. It did what it was intended to do. Which was to make that nikka a boat load of money (again)
I know it's an unpopular approach especially on a hiphop site, but I gotta wonder at what point yall nikkas gonna realise that this is what Hov does. shyt, that nikka even told yall exactly what he was about on his first album back in 96. But nikkas stay actin brand new.
Anyway I fukk with a few tracks on there still. somewhereinamerica is dope as hell to me. fukkwithmeyouknowigotit is a banger. Nickles & Dimes is pretty sick. I also like Oceans, somethin bout that joint sticks with me for some reason. On The Run is damn near perfect too, makes you long for a down ass broad to roam the country with, just not giving a fukk.
Other than those tracks the album is average to good.
