I just wish they could show some kind of emotion in American sports period. I feel like in Soccer if you're pissed it's ok as long as you're not being demonstrative towards an official

In America, half the shyt that goes on in soccer would be a T in basketball or get you thrown out the game in baseball

You think his teammates gave a fukk or it makes him a bad teammate?

Teammates likely don't care.

We know his teammates dont give a shyt about that and they understand cuz they all athletes that when you aint playing well or fukk up you react, only bum ass writers trying to force a narrative onto dumbass fans be on that shyt...

A smart man knows that he knows nothing at all.

Money has that "only niqqa in the room" syndrome where he's used to being the only niqqa being heard. He can't be just "another" niqqa in the room in a sea of other niqqas.
:dead:

TRUTH!

Yet this fakkit will be the first one to sarcastically use the hashtag #AAN (ask a negro) to address the fact that "mainstream" media always run to him when issues involving black folk creep up.

I feel conflicted he comes correct in a lot of instances but is so petty and bytchmade in so many others.

This is a poor example. Ronaldo was looking for a call every time he was touched. He calls for the ball damn near every time his team has possession and pouts when things dont go his way. He showed up like a bytch yesterday. I don't thing that it's a lazy parallel calling him a poor leader, ESPECIALLY that type of behavior when you're the captain.

ATL…overly
My favorite is how two guys doing the exact same thing elicits vastly different responses purely based upon what has already been decided about them.

Cam with his head down on the bench late in a game his team is losing:

That's not leadership. You can't just sit and pout when things aren't going well. He'll never win in this league.

Brady in exact same scenario:

You can tell this is killing him. He's such a competitor. He hates to lose. Those guys are gonna rally around him.

Right because those are the exact same scenarios. And Cam, just like Brady, has proven to be the consummate professional, leader, teammate & champion

:comeon:

Cam has been called out by his own teammates for being a bytch ass coward & front runner, so much so Cam acknowledged that he was an entitled & spoiled acting bytch his first few years. Find me any teammate/coach who leveled the same criticism of Brady. Just one.

As for this thread, yes we do over analyze body language, but body language is universal. If somebody is off or their body language is off that's gonna get picked up on especially in a sporting event with thousands of people watching. I don't think that's purely an American thing

But Ronaldo's body language was very bad thru out the game yesterday :yeshrug:

I kept my eyes on him alot and he was constantly flailing his arms or shaking his head.

BUT none of this is to say he simply wasn't frustrated at himself for clearly not being able to be at full-strngth
Ronaldo is always like that though. He's one of the most petulant players around today, an utter embarrassment at times.

And I disagree with the OP. The soccer press in the UK for example barely even talk about the actual football and care far more about the drama that surrounds the sport, they're just as bad (if not worse than) than the US media.

:ohhh:

My point is, US analysts think that shyt effects the outcome of games and player performances.

UK press is infamous for the off the field scandal shyt though.

UK press is always insinuating about players' body language though. That shyt just isnt exclusive to US journalism

If a guy is displaying similar body language to the consummate professional, leader, teammate, and champion how is that proof that he is the exact opposite? :dwillhuh: That's exactly my point. The narrative is already written and what actually happens is spun accordingly. Brady has never had a losing season as starter, not even close to the depths that Cam's teams have sunk to. When has there been an opportunity to test is "front-runnerism"? He sure looked like spoiled entitled bytch when he was cursing the officials out on national TV after the Panthers game last year. How bout when he had a shouting match with a coach on the sidelines? That was classy leadership right?

Over-analyzing is one thing. Straight up twisting shyt to fit our pre-concieved notions is something else.

I'd say it's the same everywhere to be honest. After big European soccer games I'll translate some of the foreign press and they're almost all regurgitating the same ill-thought-out nonsense. It's rubbish everywhere.

brady was killed for his body language after the week 2 Jets game last year. Mike Irvin went off on him after the game, which made it a topic all week. To the point where brady had to come out in is Wednesday presser and say he has to have better body language. Don't give me this Brady never gets called out BS.
