With his skills right now If AD can get to KG size, dude is gonna be a problem for the league

With his athleticism right now if Drummond can build into Olajuwon's or Shaq's skills, dude is gonna be a problem for the league.

Which is more probable to happen though, realistically?

I love me some Drummond. But Anthony Davis is so special...too special to pass on. People talk about getting into the weight room, he's 20, his body isn't done developing. The ability to do EVERYTHING on a basketball court at a high level is something you can only say about LeBron, so he wins.

Seeing Drummond makes me sad because I think about good Greg Oden was going to be :to:

Both these dudes are keeping the hope alive for great big men at age 20. And they both don't get the ball as much as they should. Especially Davis. Before he went down he was the Pelican's best scoring option but he still didn't get enough touches.

To answer the OP I would say Davis because he has more natural talent, skill, and intangibles. He has a little bit of Tim Duncan quiet killer in him.

AD as a PF. Put even just a decent center next to him and that high-low is going to be too tough to contain.

We saw what happened in the postseason with Dirk in 2011, imo AD can be even better than that offensively and significantly better defensively. Dude is just a match-up problem.

I still don't have a clue how good he can truly be with that range and skills to break defenses down.
