iirc he ended up thousands in the hole from tax liens n shyt, then had to pay to get it demolished cuz the whole block was condemned

Detroit is not making a come back. The job market is terrible and nobody is moving to that cold ass city just for the hell of it.

True and jobs don’t create themselves, interest build and also with gov investment, companies build headquarters and relocate to Detroit. The problem with some people they wait too long aren’t strategic and when the boat has passed they want to jump.
Lots of interesting things happening here....I would suggest you inform yourself before casting this negative brush.


I have got down to Detroit a couple time’s and am have an investment and that city will change. It’s a matter of time.
