I've been drinking nothing but water and black coffee as of late.

As crazy as people would make it seem (like "it's just water") there really is a noticeable taste difference in bottled water when you check out different types.

Me, I just have by brita tap filter and water cooler nowadays...refrigerated to perfection.

Then I started working out alot and water and tea and milk and orange juice became my staples.

After you drink alot on a daily basis the difference in how you feel is really noticeable.

I only drink DISTILLED WATER. IT IS PURE H2o. People say it's not good for you, but if pure H2o is wrong, I don't want to be right.
