"I wasn't giving her the benefit of the doubt BUT..., I THINK..., BUT I THINK...." You don't know anything about the situation, beyond what is presented in the video, yet here you are making inferences about what may have transpired. Hope you what we call that, I think you know just what we call that.
:snoop: Okay breh.

I think you've misunderstood.

Nope, I didn't misunderstand anything. I know new Black vernacular when I see it. Whenever a Black person gets in a jam, you'd be hard pressed to find a non-Black person, sometimes Black people as well, using words/phrases that inspire doubt and uncertainty like "what if, I think that, perhaps, maybe, etc." Don't take it as an attack against you personally, I'm just saying people are always quick to give the benefit of the doubt to non-Black people or come up with possible explanations. :francis:

racism doesnt have anything to do with power.

you're equating white supremacy with racism, white supremacy (a system) is racist by nature, but its not the definition of racism.

calling another person a racial slur, like monkey, chink, beaner, is viewing them as lesser than you. you are making fun of their race, and thus looking down on them.

a white person calling you a monkey has nothing to do with power, but its pretty racist. however a racial slur hold no actual power over you, its not holding you back from doing anything, white supremacy does.

Just because a cac made up that definition of racism doesn't make it true.

The only reason I gave a possible explanations is because she said she wasn't born here and can't articulate her words as well.

I always try to look at both sides in every case whether we are involved or not, she's an unreliable source because she can't even remember what was said to her but it offended her so bad to make a speech about it. That was my point breh.

And don't start with that 'new black' stuff. :smh: We don't need to draw lines between us.

If only everyone that happened with greater frequency in the real world. I hate to break it to you, but not all Black people care enough to see collective Black advancement. At some point, lines have to be drawn. :yeshrug:

What do black people control to systematically disenfranchise Asians?

I have a lot of Asian friends and most of them have the attitude "you were born in America. Why complain when you can be an athlete or entertainer?"

They REALLY don't get racial politics. Especially the Americanized second-third generation ones. They're just happy to be American.

Can't take people who have an elementary understanding of what oppression is seriously.

To them everything is just a racial slur.

******, cracker, chink, spic, gook, beaner, jap, dothead whatever they're all fighting words. Nobody crying about being called that.

White supremacy is the real issue.
