actually there were inhabitants of this planet before A&E.. they however were not in direct contact with our creator (blind if u will).. it was A&E who were "chosen" to receive orders from the Most and learn to live in accordance to His liking

The Bible isn't consistent on this point, since it's a collection of writings from separate times that were eventually bound together. There are several incidents of incest that occurred before the writing of Leviticus, for example, when Abraham marries his half-sister. Then you have Leviticus, which starts laying out incest prohibitions, but even then, incest is defined in very particular ways, as opposed to the general, expanded way we define it now (sex between any blood-related family members.)
