I blame the prison system first and the mother second. I'm pretty sure in prison you have to fill out health forms about your health needs. The fact the officers allowed him to not receive proper benefits is extremely irresponsible on their part. 
Now the women is trifling as Fukk for this. If he wasn't paying at least talk to a judge about this. She didn't have to have him arrested for this. How you going to let your child see her father in prison ( assuming he's not a monster or something).

you can have access to meds in jail/prison, it seems like he wanted a doctor to administer them. since it involves a needle, it would probably have to be supervised
this happened in August, looking for more details

Who cares, men can't get pregnant and don't have the lions share of parental rights either so as I said before, if there's a double standard in the courtroom, there should be double standards morally too. You want most of the rights cuz you got pregnant and popped out the child? Fine, you should also get most of the blame for opening your legs and getting pregnant by anyone.The lady you called a bytch didn't made the baby by herself.

You can have access when they ALLOW you access and not a moment prior. Dispensary is never where captives are. If he is a diabetic, like most diabetics that take insulin shots, they do not require a doctor to do so. They do however require ACCESS to their life supporting medications, that of which he was denied.

He probably knew he had to go to the hospital because his blood sugar had spiked like a motherfukker from missing his insulin.......
This is in no way that woman's fault. If you don't want to be jailed for failure to pay child support then pay child support. The prison system that would deny any prisoner medical attention is solely at fault here, and hopefully they're sued into closure.

Also, they can't just give him any type of insulin, it needs to be the one that is prescribed for him in order for his glucose levels to stay regulated....
