No he does not. Certain cases cannot be enforced. If he's on disability it's possible to have the case closed. Ask for a modification of your supporr. Get that shyt lowered to maybe 50.00/month. If u can provide proof you are only making this small amount of money, it will be used to run the guidelines to determine the support amount. If you're unemployed, they can use minimum wage or look at your prior jobs and base the ordered amount off what u are capable of making.
